Summary: Two scheduling issues caused a two day delay plus loss of time at work. One misdiagnosis of the issue. Company seems to have "some" good A/C techs, but also has horrible scheduling. I do not recommend this company. If you do, ask for the A/C tech named Jesus. Called on a Thursday at noon and a bad scheduler caused my appointment to be overlooked. Called again Thursday evening and...

I had to make an adjustment to... I had to make an adjustment to the high-temp cutoff switch on my furnace.. P&M told me that Honeywell didn't make them anymore and they weren't adjustable and gave me a sales pitch for a new furnace. For this I paid $85. Then I called Honeywell and they sent me instructions for making the adjustment myself.

All Sales Pitch%2C No Service Avoid at all costs%3A I paid %2485 for what I thought would be AC service..turned out to just be a sales pitch for a new AC system. A year later%2C HVAC Home Solutions discovered%3A condenser coil was never cleaned%2C freon level had never been charged%2C etc.... ignored by P %26 M.

Bad experience Yes, they have an A rating on the Better Business Bureau website but the service or should I say lack of service was terrible. First I was told my appointment was set for Monday morning and no one showed up so I called and they said they had me in their computer for Tuesday. Tuesday morning comes and I get a call an hour and a half before someone is supposed to be at my home, and they tell me that they can't come out because I'm too far away.
