Good Used Car Purchase Experience Stacie was very helpful in locating and setting up the test drive of a CPO 2017 Bolt EV. My wife loves the car and we were able to complete the purchase immediately after the test drive. Although the price was slightly higher than I'd hoped, the vehicle was definitely a good value.
Easy deal, no BS I bought a Bolt from this dealer. I had one before so knew exactly what i wanted. I was able to pick it out from their inventory online and reserve the car, then just went to the dealer to finalize the paperwork. The paperwork took a little longer than i hoped because the finance team was busy with several clients but the paperwork was all straightforward. Most importantly there was no BS and no hard pressure sales tactics. I got what i wanted and was on my way. Love the car.
I contacted internet sales Zaira and set up a time to check out the Silverado trucks. I was met by Javier. Once I saw the high gloss finish on the RST and heard the owner previously used it for 5000 miles I knew that it had to be the best deal. I saw the GM Jason and sealed the deal! Extremely no-nonsense and fair. My primary contact was attentive from my first visit. His first name is Matt Dussel. I could not find the exact vehicle I wanted. He suggested ordering one. He was the only dealership contact to even suggest that. Others tried to talk me into their inventory. My first visit he took care of the order. I’ve purchased a few cars and this was by far the best and easiest experience yet. Gerard was very helpful as a sales rep and then when I went to the financing department, Jovi was great too and I was in there for maybe 30-45 mins tops with a great deal. Thanks for the great experience gentlemen.
