My experience was perfect. Especially with it being my first time at a dealership. Everything was clear and understandable everyone was so nice and informative and they didn’t leave any detail out. It was very nice and honest experience.
Typical car dealer. we were cash buyers and couldn't get straight answers on Pricing.

Got a deal that worked for me, did not appreciate the extended warranty they slipped in for $3500 without any mention of price. Was told it was "thrown in." Got it resolved in the end after reading over everything. Typical salesman tactics, but make sure you always read your contracts. Overall happy with vehicle.
This dealership consistently does a great job of excellent customer service in both vehicle sales and service.
Overall it was a good experience. I got a good deal on my truck. The one thing that I wasn't thrilled about is the fact that the young salesman quoted me a certain amount for my trade in but on the paperwork it was $2,000 less. I was quoted $9,500 for my trade in but the final paperwork had it listed as $7,500. When I brought this to his attention he didn't have an answer for me at all.
