Jasmine Diaz was absolutely wonderful. She was patient with my dozens of questions and time I spent to research my purchase. She always had a smile. I was teaching my son how to purchase a car for his future reference and she was also explaining to him, too. I had bought from MK Smith previously. Then I bought somewhere else. I won’t be doing that again. Coming back and working with Jasmine felt like returning to family.
Javier was very helpful and understanding of our needs and worked with us every step of the way. MK smith’s finance department working with us as well and were very patient with us and worked with us to get the best deal possible.
