Luis "cowboy" and Jesse made the experience smooth, quick and friendly, from start to finish. My 2009 Chev. Malibu’s starter failed leaving me stranded. Once the vehicle was delivered to M.K. Smith Chev. the Service Dept.had closed for the day Floor manager Havier Marquez was extremely helpful in arranging for the car to be serviced in the morning and ended up giving me a ride home when the dealership closed for the day and no other alternative was available.
