Had our car serviced there 6 weeks ago, and still waiting for a part to be replaced. Nobody seems to be answering the phone and if you speak to somebody you get the same answer i.e. 'Still waiting for the response from Isuzu'. Running out of patience. Terrible service. Seem to be taking a long time to sort things out!
Really negative experience today which is a shame because when we bought our car there 3 years ago we had exceptional service which prompted us to return today as we are looking to upgrade. When we first arrived we were made to fell like we were bothering the guy from his eating his carrot cake, and the other guy in the office actually turned away when we walked in, leaving us with carrot cake guy. Two visits and one phone call for one sensor and a creaky window that took 2 weeks to get.. now the speaker on the side doesn't work and the first thing they tell me it might be at my cost ,dont bloody think so . Where has the service gone these days . So for a little job i need to take more time of work to fix there mistake... new dealer i think....
One of the worst organisation to deal with in terms of service. They never call back. They don't apologise when issues are raised. They are abrupt on the phone. They don't give you notice and just turn up for the complimentary pick up. Not sure why anyone would go here for sales or service. Stay away!
Brought my car at nundah Mitsubishi , never again.. Gary ( a manager) has no idea about customer service... Picked up car, wasn't explained a thing about car. I have my licence for Gary to photocopy, never got it back, receipt was not written properly $4500 short !! Very rude.. Will not be going back in 6 mths for triton .. Will go to Mitsubishi moorooka where I have had follow up calls, emails and assistance even thou I didn't buy the car from them.
