Love Dr Guerena and his staff … he always takes time to listen to my concerns and addresses each one as best as he can. So much better than my last urologist! He has been very helpful to me. I would recommend Dr Guerena to anyone that needed his help. So very thankful to have been sent to him by my Primary Doctor years ago! We even watched a Solar Eclipse 🌒together with his staff on one office visit!! Nobody wanted to miss it! Thank you!
I have been a patient for 6 years. During that time I have been treated with professionalism and respect. Appointment times are honored. I have had a couple emergencies and was responded to quickly.
Dr. Guerena is very skillful and always well prepared. His staff members are professional and are really focused on what they are doing. And of course, the video optics are awesome. A nice touch would give the patient a choice of recording the video on a thumb drive. And then you ask, "What would you do with it?" The answer, "Learn something new".
Great friendly service. They really care about their patients and give great results.
