NerdsToGo is very trustworthy and timely when scheduling. They listened to my needs and questions and offered a very thorough plan to resolve my issues. Miles was awesome when he made a house call to address several problems we were having. He listened, offered advice, and helped me come up with a good, logical plan that didn't break the bank. We had a complex network issue at home, and NerdsToGo was determined to get to the bottom of it. They took the time to thoroughly investigate and ultimately found that our Omnilogic pool system was causing the problem. We hired this company to help with a networking issue involving an Ethernet port that was daisy-chained to another port in our home (something a prior company did when we had to set up a second office recently). Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. yes I went to a nerds to go for help lady there and a big white Cadillac or suburban out front during business hours try to get it in door was locked and knock on the window I had a lady open the window and yell at me what do I want one of the rudest moments of my life I felt insulted I would not recommend these people to nobody

I highly recommend NerdsToGo in Katy. I brought my desktop into the store, they repaired it and had it back to me the next day - at a very reasonable price. I'll be using them again!👏
