RecommendedThese guys have been great with keeping my old computer going, then recommending a replacement when it was time and only recommending what I needed not over and above, and transferring all the information over to the new computer , they've been very helpful with any questions I've had with the new computer as I've gone up to the newest version and I'm sure I'll have more questions they never seem to mind, I think their pricing is fair. nice folks.

RecommendedI live very rural away from Wake Forest but come into town at least monthly...Reynhardt helped me prepare in advance for me to drop off my laptops for upgrades in a.m. so that he could be most efficient and have them ready by end of the day for me to take home. It was a completely professional and pleasant experience and couldn't be happier that I chose them for the job. Thank you very much!
RecommendedI dropped in one afternoon to replace the battery in my laptop. They had to order my battery and contacted me next day to say it had arrived. I was able to wait while they opened my laptop and replaced the battery. Entire process from start to finish was less than 24 hours. I dealt with 2 separate employees and both were very friendly and went above and beyond to help me. If I need PC work in the future, I will be contacting NerdsToGo.

RecommendedAfter Bestby changed the drive in my pc; they indicated they could do nothing to restore memory--but could send it out to their ex-spurts where it could cost about 1900 or more. Searched and searched; led to call Nerds in wake Forest. Talked with DMil and was encouraged to bring the drive in to let them see what might happen. I did and they did! Excellent, experts, friendly, honest--HONEST. I thank the Lord I listened to Him and to DMil. All I dealt with were ready, willing and able! 🤩 Thank You NERDS!
