Called for a status on a bed that I ordered was told I would get a call back from a manager didn’t hear back from them had to call again they told me it would take another 4 weeks because supposedly “the truck that had all the orders had broken down” “the sales person had quit” and other lies. 2 months for a bed frame.. I would not recommend this company!
Lack of follow up by salespeople. It took them 3 weeks to let me know the dining set I ordered was out-of-stock. Of course, that was after they let me pay for it!
