Family of 8, our washer went out… we began going to Miltos and for 3 weeks now we spend between $75-100. 1/15/23 we go in and wash everything things start coming out of the dryer…. Bedding, 1 quarter in for 6 min with 1 min left when I check it to see if I need to add another quarter… A comforter and a Victoria secret blanket come out sticky feeling but 3 other blankets from same load are ok. If you are attempting to have vintage items altered or cleaned DO NOT GO HERE. I own a vintage clothing business with 15 years of experience. I have given hundreds of dollars to them for their various services with nothing but a kind please and thank you only to be treated as an annoyance. The tailor is a rude, condescending nightmare. unbelievable on laundering prices, especially when employees wont give you the cost BEFORE you drop off an item.. I "bothered" her by coming in and dropping off stuff to be cleaned..

This review is more specific to the Perry location, but have had a similar experience at the Greenwood one. I’ve had my work pants cleaned there for the last couple years. Recently I bought two new pairs of Nike pants around Christmas time and have had them cleaned probably 7-8 times at this point.
