I have purchased Vera Bradley items for myself and friends, jewelry, candles -- I've even sent my husband here to buy me gifts I have picked out for myself. Lately, I've been purchasing a lot of tops. I love them because they are a great fit and not the same designs you'll find in other stores. I think we're lucky to have MIchelle's in Brownsburg.

I purchased something from this boutique and went to return item which was a little past 10 day return. First I did not know it was a 10 day return policy. Most everywhere is 30 days. Who reads their receipts one purchased for return policy. Owner was not willing to budge and said it look used. How she came up with her own assumption is beyond me since it had only been a few weeks. I would make sure u absolutely do not want to return something after 10 days. Lordy even if it was defective. She is stuck on her 10 days.

I was not stuck on 10 days. For clarification, you had no receipt, no original tags, and was over 2 weeks past the return policy. Item was out of my store for over a month. I can’t sell something to someone else as new that has been used for a month. I tried to talk to you but you were not even willing to understand where I was coming from. Our return policy is posted in the store for you to see. I work with my customers when I can.
