RecommendedSince installing the MCS mosquito spray system, we have seen a drastic reduction in our outdoor space. So much better than the perdition fogging services. Mosquito Control Systems is horrible! We had them install three outdoor heaters and four mister fans in a new patio project. The work went fine and was roughed in in April of 2021 and finally installed in August of 2021. Everything worked great. The misters worked to end the 2021 hot season and the worked beautifully all summer in 2022. The heaters were a different story however. Worked fine all winter but when I went to turn them on in November of 2022, one of them did not come on. So I called MCS to come take a look... read more

Unfortunately, they (Bromic) only offer a one-year warranty on their heaters, and we do our best to communicate that to customers when they purchase them. We do feel we did our best in trying to help you get the heater running again, we sent our technicians out on two occasions at no charge until they realized the problem was plumbing related.
