the location is good . you are down town right in the action ,and close to boardwalk and beach . the room was ok . alot of sand on the floor and in the bed -I KNOW WE ARE AT THE BEACH - parking was terrible , my f150 was hit in the rear bumper and got a door ding while there . you would be better off with a small car because its very tight in the parking lot . walls must be paper thin , could here cars all night and people walking by talking . Excellent will stay here any time I come to ocean city Nothing Great location, friendly staff I had 2 toddlers with me having the pool was a god send for us to swim close to our room
