Great Service The waiting room was clean. I was offered coffee and water which was great. The porter asked me if I and needed a ride and was very polite as was the service writer David Mejia. I was plesantly surprise that I was given a free car wash eventhough the car was brought in for a recall work. Thank you for the great service.
Best pricing, with the fastest car allocation. Purchased my 2nd vehicle from MK Smith in as many years. First experience was great, along with my recent second experience. The initial sales women and subsequent sales manager worked hard for my business. I inquired with 3 other dealerships in the region, and MK Smith worked to beat the others with less hassle, and more of a bargain, offering me the best saving, which was the bottom line. oil change took my 1500 Silverado in for another free oil change(free maint for 24 mo. 24000 miles) , was done pretty quickly , very nice waiting room , free coffee and doughnuts , only downside was recipt recommended trans fluid change , trans fluid change is maint , why wasn't it done ?
