I don’t like your ala carte fees. I bought you dental health annual but later found that deep cleaning was extra that always done as part any others dentices practice. Then you billed incorrectly for 375.00 even though I paid in full at the time of my appointment. I won’t be back.
Wanted to bill me for another implant bridge when the first one was wrong.
I had to have my temporary crown reattached on Nov 5. On Nov 8 it came off again in the morning and I called around 10 A.M. to report it but got a recording to leave a message. I did so explaining the situation and thought I would get a call back that afternoon. I did not! So I called again on Nov 18 and talked to someone who said she had to talk to the doctor and would get back to me. It is now the next day and I have not heard back.
Been a patient since 2010 and have no plans on leaving. Never had an unprofessional experience and as one who is not necessarily a good patient have only had a positive experience.
I went in because I had a black mark on my tooth and the mark is gone but several other problems were found which was incredibly expensive and now I can’t chew on the right side of my mouth. I’m in an incredible amount of pain and can’t even drink cold water without cringing. My last visit was horrible. The dentist didn’t even care about how much pain I was in. Office staff is overly friendly but I see now why people are scared to go to the dentist. I’ll never go back.
Wasted 1600.00 for a tooth that did not need to be pulled
