The persistent up-sell is my only turnoff. The up-sell to have the dentist examine me is annoying—I’d rather that be standard and included in the global cost of the prophy. Christy is amazingly gentle and thorough.
I had a cleaning, a filling and a prep for a crown all in one day. It went very smoothly. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. A good experience overall. Thank you.
