You are simply just money here. After 5 years at the practice, I showed up 20 minutes late. Was told since it was the 3rd time since 2018, my daughter is being discharged. What? Thought this health care practice wasn't punitive about money and actually cared for their patients. 3rd time since 2018! Happy to take my two kids to doctors that hire staff that practice compassion and common sense.
Today I sat on hold for 25 minutes with a crying baby trying to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment to check for ear infections. I was informed the new policy is they only accept same day sick appointments and at 4pm I cannot schedule for the next day. This afternoon I was second in line on the hold list, I was told this morning when the phones turned on there were 15 people in line. Apparently Dr Lepore has all the time in the world to treat VGK kids but not mine. Good Bye Kidfixers.
