Service Rep. Brittany immediately came up to me at exactly opening time even if I was just a walk-in customer. The oil change & tire rotation were completed 1 hour ahead of my expected completion time.
Staff was fine, work was fine. you lost a star since when I go to a dealership they always move my seat and never set it back. I spend 10 minutes after getting my car readjusting just do I can drive away.
Just that the appointment was timely and quick. I didn't have to wait very long for the service to be completed.
Both salesmen, Brian McCauley and Jason Schaefer were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and very patient with me.
I have no complaints. I like how they work and how professional they are. I have been going there for two years now and every time I go I know that they will always fix the problems with my car and what it needs!!

JBA has addressed any issue we have had with our Tahoe, which have been very few, with professionalism and competency. They do not try to sweep things under the rug but are very honest in their assessment. While we didn't purchase our Tahoe from this dealership as they did not have the Tahoe we wanted, we will return to their great service department for years to come.
