Impact is phenomenal. The staff is really really helpful and literally treat you like family. If don’t know anything about archery it’s not a problem they are willing to walk you through the steps to get you proficient. I purchased my 1st bow 3 weeks ago and with Tracy’s, Haley, and Harley’s help I’m actually pretty darn good and I completed in my 1st competition tonight. My boyfriend and I initially came here to get his bow fixed after being rejected by 2 other stores. The customer service was unmatched. They went above and beyond to fix it and gave him a great deal on another bow they had on consignment. Of course, they assisted throughout that process and then hooked me up with my own bow. The second time we returned, we were greeted immediately. They were all ready to help out and I could not be more impressed. The owner is AWESOME. Really fun time! The staff doesn't wear masks, nothing seems to be up to any covid standards but don't be surprised because this establishment seems very conservative leaning. The 2 young women who were running the place the day we went were very nice, knowledgeable, and patient. It does eat at your time to have to wait for everyone else to finish to retrieve your arrows, so if you go when it's super busy just expect to only be able to make a couple of shots for your hour. My two kids and I ages 17 and 11 had a blast. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and patient with me…the kids were more naturals at this than me by far. I really didn’t think I’d have as much fun as I did, but we went because my older son really wanted to. My daughter and I are coming back to Vegas next month and we’ll be back!
We had a great time! Super nice and helpful staff. We will definitely be back again. Thanks so much for taking great care of us.

This was by far one of the funnest things I’ve done in a long time! My dad, brother, niece and I came in today and had an absolute blast!! The girls that were working were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. If you’ve been thinking about trying this, stop thinking and go do it!! 5 out of 5 ⭐️ for sure!
