I really appreciated Chris in the service center as he was willing to listen to what the issue was, the full story, and he gave it his best effort to get the job done. Another dealership refused to take the job on but Chris at Ilderton not only accepted the job but made sure I was fully aware of every process and always got back to me in a very timely manner.
