"Watch what you sign and when!"
Only received one key to a 2016 vehicle. Knew after signing nothing else owed sheet. Most dealers offer two. Called back and answered with no concern. Had to buy second key elsewhere.

"Friendly isn’t enough "
The rep. Was nice and he seemed as if he really cared, but that’s not enough. I need and deserve quality work! I shouldn’t have to keep coming back for the same problem. It seems like they are just putting a bandage on it until my warranty is up . I drop it off a day or two and I have to borrow someone’s car for the time being, it’s a hassle and I / we deserve better .

I came from Fayetteville to Highpoint to make my purchase. Their prices for RAMS are so much better than everyone else near me. Only went their once and rolled out in a new RAM.
