Last Thursday Jacob ********, our account manager, noticed our website was down. He was very pro-active in trying to get it going again. After a day of conferencing and emailing about things WAY ABOVE his (and my) skill set, my IT and Hibu were in communication. I have only been working with Kyla and HiBu for almost 60 days now, and could not be happier. I had put this off because we were moving and the timing wasn't right. It's a good the Kyla was consistent and kept coming or, I would still be throwing my money out the door. We had instant success switching to HiBu.
