Why because two weeks after getting recliners from them a plastic part broke on one. Now six weeks later still no part and no one has called. I will not purchase anything from them again.

Hi Wanda, sorry for all of the trouble! We tried to order the piece but had some issues with the piece we received. Sent our guys out twice to try to repair it for you. Finally, when we realized it wasn't able to be repaired, we swapped the recliner and gave you a $100 gift card hoping that would make up for all of the trouble. Hope you enjoy your recliners and again, sorry for all of the trouble!
I have never gone there I can’t recommend a place I have never been.
