The Findlay Toyota Service Department fit the car in their schedule, and we were back on the road the next day. Brendan Bush guided the repair process in expert fashion. He worked to have the problem diagnosed and the repair completed within the original estimated timeframe. The service was excellent.

We googled, located the dealership, had the problem addressed, had the vehicle serviced, got a special deal where future oil changes at our local dealership up will be free (for a couple of times).
