Outstanding Customer service! I called Tanya about getting my windshield replaced I informed her that a large rock hit my windshield & that I had spoken to the competition about pricing.Tanya explained everything in detail about, Materials, calibration, and Findlay uses OEM parts. Great service, took way too long over 6 hrs for an oil change, and they forgot to top off my break fluid. But Thomas was great friendly and answered all questions. Did a great job.
I feel overall it is still a good service department but also has slightly regressed from previous years I have been going there.
