Jamie provided outstanding services. Even though whomever we spoke to the phone didn’t complete our appointment set up, he still provided us service and was very communicative and efficient. Excellent customer service. Provided a rental car when my car was delayed so that was helpful.
This was my 1st experience with Findlay Toyota service, as I have recently relocated to Henderson. I didn't take advantage of the drop-off and pick-up service, but my next service I definitely will. The service took a little longer than expected, but they offered a discount to make up for that....very nice. I'll be back again for my next service.
