The service department is a complete failure. We bought a 2021 Jetta in March 2022 and it had to be towed in for service in July 2022. I explained to the service advisor we had a special situation and he assured me he would do everything he could to get it in... after four days I called and was told "they service vehicles in order of when they come in", so... Kyle was able to work me into his open window and my 2021 Passat SE was handled in 2.0 hours for oil change/filter/plug. The vehicle was washed and delivered.
They were able to get me in to get my car serviced promptly, professional, nice.
Worst dealership in the Las Vegas Valley. Appointments made on the website are not kept. I made an appointment and the car was diagnosed until 3 days after. The Service Department has no parts. My vehicle was kept for almost 2 weeks, and no loaner vehicle was offered. I plan to sell my VW car because this dealership has the worst service department. I will never own a VW again.
