The service center has workers that are helpful and attentive. The sales process for my lease was great. Mark my sales man was knowledgeable and straight forward. Soh in financing made the whole experience painless. I have had only good experiences at this dealership. This was my second lease and it all went smoothly.

Fantastic service - fast and extremely efficient. Richard was friendly and ON IT!!!. I generally deal with VW in Ventura, CA and it's a HUGE difference let me tell you!! Not all of them are built the same. I am on my fifth VW and don't see myself in another vehicle anytime soon so having an excellent experience in LV v. CA was fantastic!! I was disappointed however they didn't have any new models of jettas on their lot that was the only downfall BUT in the climate we currently in (late 2022) I am not surprised.
