It is very clean, the people who work there are very professional. I definitely have to say that Kyle Blum is the best. I went in to get my oil changed and I found out I needed my back brakes done he set a time made sure all the parts were ready and the work was done earlier than expected. Fantastic

Worst dealership ever! Instead of honoring the extended warranty on the 2020 Passat I purchased from them, the general manager Brandy lied to me. She said passats are supposed to make the clunking noise coming the right front end.....this is how they treated me after the car was gone so was the responsibility??? My car still hasn't been fixed and Brandy told me that was it. No more attempts to fix the issue. Never buy your car here would be my warning ⚠️
We purchased our 2020 Passat from Findlay North Volkswagen with a full/extended warranty. A noise began coming from right front of car. A clunk. After replacing a sway bar the 1st attempt, then a month later on attempt #2 they replaced a transmission mount or bolt??? I still have the noise and after attempt #3 they tried to tell me the car is supposed to make this noise. The General manager Brandy went as far as to tell me she drives a Passat and hers also makes this obvious, loud and very noticeable sound.......??? SMH So I... read more
