Broke a wheel stud/lug nut while rotating tires and blamed another dealership for it. Refused to take any responsibility or pay for it. “We didn’t break it, it broke while we were trying to take off the wheel”, “probably…”, “chances are…”. Incompetent finger-pointers.
I’ve been a loyal customer of this Honda dealership for many years, and I’ve always appreciated the personal service I’ve received — especially from Deven, who consistently goes above and beyond. Paid 1,000. 00 for Honda dealership to tint my car only for the tinter to destroy the inside of my car.
Very disappointed with the Parts Department. I was ignored for several minutes before anyone offered to help, and when they finally did, they were dismissive and acted like I was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they ordered the wrong part, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. Absolutely unacceptable service—I expected better from a Honda dealership.
I leased a 2025 Honda Prologue. I love the vehicle but Findlay Honda ripped me off for $3000 in the deal. My issue was the lease deal. It was never broken out to me and I paid $5,000 down. My neighbor leased the same vehicle but it was a Touring Elite. His money down was $2000 and very similar to the sister store of the dealership lease deal. I spoke to the sales manager who said they did nothing wrong. I am truly disappointed in Findlay Honda on Centennial Hill. I recommend you don't purchase from them!
The parts department staff lacked product knowledge, giving vague or incorrect answers. Their rude, dismissive attitude made me feel like an inconvenience. Unacceptable service.
Victor was great, our salesperson. We would give him 5 stars. Kevin was our finance person. We would give him 5 stars.
