My service advisor was very professional, courteous and helpful. A 10 in all customer service areas. He explained everything and was surprisingly done before the estimated time frame. Nice touch providing complimentary sliders and fries.

The service was outstanding; Antonio was very attentive and kept in touch on every step. The notice on my cell phone from the dealership was NOT. Only having the choices of giving you my gmail address or saying it was not good is not a viable choice (not giving you access to that address). We have been using the dealership on E Sahara for years because Findlay was not a good choice for a long time. I'm happy to see things are doing better - especially since I live so close to it.

Excellent service department staff! Everyone was very helpful & respectful! From the very moment we were parking our vehicle, we were quickly offered mineral water to drink. And while waiting for our service counselor, and in a span of only 10 minutes, we were already approached by four different service staff, one after the other, asking if there’s anything they can help us with.
