We had an issues with an intermittent noise coming from the rear passenger wheel. Our service advisor Tim Villani asked questions and took careful notes. It took a few days to get the parts in and to get the necessary repairs completed. The repairs were not cheap but the diagnosis and repairs were accurate. I hear so many stories about mechanics incorrectly guessing and taking the VERY expensive “shotgun” approach to auto repair.
