Worked with Jeremy. Very quick with checking me in and giving all the information I needed. Told me it would be ready in about an hour, and it only took half an hour. AWESOME!
Clean facility and very friendly staff. They're not aggressive like most dealerships. Definitely recommend!
Jeremy did an outstanding job. He kept me informed as to the progress of my service. He also explained everything in detail. I am very pleased.
Excellent guy. He’s very patient with me due I’m deaf and took his time to understand what my issues with my pilot and very honest and very trustable and would continue with him for all my service.
Dealt with Jeremy in Service. He is very thorough and explained what was needed at my 10,000 mile mark. Gave an estimate and an hour and half later everything was done. Went over vehicle specifics and I was on my way.
Turner was very helpful and made me feel welcomed this time. I dreaded coming to this dealership because there was so much negativity from the advisor I dealt with. I'll be back
COLE PETTO WAS SO HELPFUL AND I REALLY APPRECIATE IT THAT'S WHY FOR THE LAST ALMOST 10 YEARS WE ARE COMING TO YOUR PLACE
My experience at Findlay Honda with Q was nothing less than amazing. I went in looking for a car for my son who is a senior in high school and Q over exceeded my expectations. I’m very pleased my purchase and working with him. His customer service was exceptional. I will definitely send my family and friends to him for a car purchase.
Fast, Professional and Clean the advisor communicated with me that entire time I was there.
