Findlay Cadillac service is totally and completely AWESOME. Joe is now my go to service guy. He took amazing and great care of me & my caddy.. Poor caddy had imtermitten electrical issues and a few other problems. thank goodness I added the extended warranty a few years ago, the extended warranty just paid for itself and extra. I highly recommend Findlay Cadillac for both purchase and service.
I am pleased with my service and I very much appreciate working with Tyler. He, though very busy, took care of me and informed me promptly that service was complete.

We worked with Courtney to purchase our leased Cadillac vehicle.Courtney should be more personable. For example, on our second visit she did not meet us with a 'hello,' 'glad to see you again'; she never called us by our names until the end of our second visit. Took my car in for possible warranty work for transmission issues. Took about a week and no response from Omar, which seemed like pretty nice fellow. Also got me a loaner which turned south due to rock hitting windshield on first day. Notified by message to Omar immediately, but again no response. After the week, dealer found no issue with my car (nornal according to gm) even though not shifting in last gear (this was new 2023 car bought at this dealership).
