I will not be a return customer nor will I recommend. My service person was courteous and efficient, but I believe that I was overcharged. I should have gotten quotes from other companies but have now compared our cost with those of friends in our community from other vendors. (They paid 1/3 as much for a carpet cleaning.) My technician worked for less than 2 hours and my carpets relatively new (under 2yrs old). We have no children or pets so they were not very dirty. My charge was over $500. Excellent job! Reliable!! I was so tempted to try a cheap Groupon deal.. I am so glad I didn't. I am happy I had it done right the first time instead of being dissatisfied with the Groupon companies. Thank you F&F for being to thorough at your work. A++ sevice!!
