My truck was in the shop for 3 weeks. This did include the Holidays, and there was an issue with replacement product. I was not contacted by staff unless I initiated the contact. I had to call in 6 different times to get information. There was an apology upon conclusion from Chris, but never any offer of any type of compensation for the trouble.
