We have had such a terrible experience with our basement flooding. We had $25K in sump pump coverage with a $5k deductible. We didn’t hear a single word from anyone in this agency even after reaching out to them personally the day it happened. We have done all of the legwork, have been the ones to have to reach out numerous times, etc. Our only communication has been through some claims adjuster that doesn’t even live here. Called, got a quote for my dirt bike insurance back in January for $15/month. Good deal, signed up. First payment was $20. I e-mailed Sandy, who I had been working with, she explained they're charging me a fee for only having one policy with them. I told her that wasn't in my quote and that nobody explained that to me and asked if it could be taken off. After some checking, she was able to take that off and charged me $4 less the following month and then $15.91 every month there after. All is resolved. Then I get a call from... read more
