I placed an order at 5AM East coast time and realized that I needed to change the shipping method after placing my order. I call the customer service number and spoke with James, who promptly updated my order, and gave me a free next-day shipping upgrade. Part pricing is outstanding. Expedited shipping cost was reasonable and parts were received on time. Mistakenly order wrong part online, however, customer service was helpful in assisting with return and searching to correct item.

I can not say anything but great words about Discount A/C Parts! I ordered my parts without paying an arm and a leg for them which was a miracle because I am a Graduate Student with a tight budget. I just so happened to come across this sight while searching for low price new parts for my car. after ordering my parts, I received them in what seemed like no time at all being they were coming from California and I am in Louisiana.
