Extremely accommodating, great staff and top of the line, super clean and awesome cars to chose from. Diplomat was actually referred to my wife and I from another, competing place that had messed up our reservation. That speaks wonders. Highly recommend.
Akira and his team from Diplomat are amazing. The customer service is well above 5 stars! I had rented the Hurricane and Spyder very well priced to all the other competitors.
