From the first phone call to set an appointment, Dalia was understanding and flexible for this out-of-town bride and my limited time in Buffalo. I went to Dalia's after a few unsuccessful visits to other salons. From the moment I walked in Dalia was so kind and warm as well as her staff. The boutique was beautiful and her dress selection was unbelievable. I was amazed when she said take a look through the dresses. This was the first salon that actually let me look through the racks. She also brought me dresses that she thought would look good too. I recommend Dalia's for any bride. The service and the staff are excellent!

Dalia made dress shopping very easy as she is such a wonderful person to work with. The personalized attention that she gave me, put me at ease and made it so easy to commit to a dress. She was also extremely flexible in scheduling appointments! Her shop is lovely and she had such a variety of dresses and accessories to choose from. Everything there is in pristine condition. I've already recommended Dalia to my newly engaged friends!

I was worried that finding a wedding dress would be a huge pain but I literally found the perfect wedding dress at this store and it couldn't have been easier. Dahlia was really lovely and very nice to work with. She really keeps an amazing inventory at the store and is super helpful. Excellent service, great selection. The prices were very reasonable and the woman who owns the store listened to what I wanted and picked dresses based on what I said. We accidentally showed up an hour before my scheduled appointment and she still attended to me through that time and the appointment time as well. I also got a 20% off coupon for an accessory in the mail afterward. Wonderful experience!
