Sh*t happens, I get it. Was it my fault? No. Came to this place to get my windshield fixed, was told a price, some how we or they, got the year of the car wrong, so had to pay extra for the molding, sat and waited was to come inside to pay, paid. Went back out guy came up to me and said that he has to put a different windshield because THEY scratched it. Okay, cool. Whatever. Worst experience I’ve had at a glass repair/window tint shop in the 25 years I’ve lived in Vegas. It’s not a business, it’s a shop full of employees who work for themselves. The owner wont stand behind his work and the Warranty is a joke. Please save your time and money and go ANYWHERE else but here. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Avoid at all cost.
Terrible service and my the work done on my mom’s window was very sloppy. Would not recommend. I don’t know if they’re racist or just do this to women but it sucks. Please don’t trust the fake reviews, this place is terrible

My experience with them: stressful! I feel like I was taken advantage of because o was a woman. I’ve had to bring my car back 3 times for the same issue that was supposed to be fixed the first time. The last time, they broke something else while attempting to fix their mistake then tried to pretend they didn’t do it. Then to top it off, driving away from the shop the last time, there was a nail stuck in my tire and I didn’t even make it out of the parking lot. We offer a lifetime warranty on all of our work. After over one year, your regulator failed and we replaced it. Your switch burning out was not due to the regulator, but even so, we bought the switches. I could understand a bad review if we refused to help, but we did, in fact stand behind our warranty and beyond. Your switches are still sitting on our desk, that we ordered and told you we would install for free. You did not show up or even cancel your appointment. took my 2021 Audi Q8 here after a rock hit my windshield. I should have known better when I booked the call the lady at the ground desk was cackling and laughing at my insurance company when we were on hold. Our driving school needed a windshield replacement. I drove to the Sunset location on Saturday 6/09 as R. Ban (Richard?) said I could come in and get this done in the afternoon. He quoted me 135.00 on the phone. I arrived about 3PM. It was then I found out they did do not do installation there on Sunset. I would have to go to Decatur. I'm writing this review to warn those who could be deceive and scam by these guys trying to offer you "Free repair"on your windshield, but instead they will try to file a claim with your insurance without telling you first. If it happened to you too, please leave a review. If you are going directly to them for service, it is a different story, but still do be careful because they are shady.
