I received an e-mail that I had an appointment with Carson with Dr. Max Gratrix on two occasions, but I've never been a patient. I called the practice to try to identify if this was a phishing or strategy to get people to call in for prospecting. They said my e-mail had been used for another patient who just had a procedure. They hung up on me when they were supposed to transfer me to a manager. I wanted to find out who gave them my information or what's going on. When your family member has an appt at 10:15am and they have you waiting around until 3:45pm it’s absolutely outrageous. They need better time management skills.
My wife tried to set an appointment with your poorly trained team today. My wife who is a stroke victim tried to convey that she had Medicare for insurance not Medicaid. I listened while sitting next to her as the young appointment setter wouldn't stop talking long enough to understand the clarification. Finally, I took the phone to try to help. I was referred there by my doctor for extreme hair loss after labs came back ok. I met with Max Gratrix. He told me, don’t worry, you won’t go bald, get Rogaine, it happens. As I’m tearing up about not being able to wear it down because you can see a lot of the scalp he tells me to wear a hat. Yes, let me wear a hat while managing my restaurant. I hope he’s not still paying for his schooling that taught him to tell people to get Rogaine and wear a hat. I left feeling worse than I did before. Thanks!
