"Always awesome service" I never used to take my car for service at a dealership because I thought it was unnecessary and more expensive, but Phillips Mazda (now Capistrano Mazda) changed that. Their normal price beats competitors coupons, they have never suggested unnecessary services or repairs, and I fully trust their service team. Freddy is always very nice and helpful. This team has provided the best car service experiences I have ever had.
"Easiest Service Team to Work With!" This was, by far, the best experience I've had dealing with a service issue on a car. From the minute I walked on the lot, until the minute I left, I felt like I was their only customer. My car was ready for me to pick up before the stated time, and when I did pick it up it was clean. Everything that was done to my car was explained, and all my questions were answered. They didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. I felt like I was a valued customer.
"Great service, new CX-5 for wifey" I just finished up shopping for a new CX-5 Touring for the wife... Tom, Katrina, and Joey gave us a great experience! I chatted online and within a few hours, Tom called me back directly and worked out the deal with me. I drove up today, and wrapped it all up! We were in and out within 2 hours. "Saved My Day" My car broke down on a Saturday, had to get it towed to the nearest Mazda Dealership. They were closed and couldn't look until Monday but Freddy came up to my car as we were waiting to get picked up and said hold on, let me try something. He brought my car into the back, came back a few minutes later and said that he could have my car up and running in 15 minutes. He kept to his word!
