"This was my fist experience with Buy Auto Parts. My overall experience was good. My only complaint was that the purchase didn't automatically come with a return shipping label to be able to return the core. I contacted customer service via email and was told by Dainelle. "I see that you selected, Will Return on Own, when you purchased your part online. I can sell you a shipping label for $12.00 and e-mail it to you." If I did this it was a complete oversight. "I just had to replace the catalytic converter in my 2003 Explorer Sport Trac. My local auto stores wanted $583 + tax for this part. I found it on BuyAutoParts.com for $240. I paid ~$35 to for overnight shipping and it was on my porch in PA. at 9am the very next morning and I saved over 300 bucks! The service was excellent, Cole spent a lot of time answering my questions and helping me with my order. Also I like that all the service reps. are located in the USA!
