The customer service representative, Robert K., was extremely helpful. He even called me on the day the part was scheduled for arrival at my house, to confirm that I received it. The price of the part was far below what the local shop quoted me. I will definitely use Buy Auto Parts in the future. "

"Great job. I purchased an A/C compressor for 2006 MINI for $320 less than what the shop was able to find. The site isolated the compressors that would fit my car and provided the guarantee on the form/fit/function. They shipped directly to the shop, provided tracking & delivery confirmation and it arrived on the date stated. Car has been repaired and A/C running great. I will use this business again, if the need should arise."

"I heard about Buy Auto Parts on a Volvo forum. I ordered an alternator from them. I first ordered the BuyAutoParts manufactured part but had to end up ordering the OEM re-manufactured because they were out of their part. They called me very quickly and confirmed order and even though I spent 75 more, I am satisfied with the purchase. They had the best price and delivered on time. I do think they should have cut the next day shipping because the web site said they had the part in stock but then they did not have it. "
