"A plus. We shop here frequently. AJ is the man, hooking us up with the parts we need."
"I was VERY impressed with the knowledge and Excellent Customer Service provided by Greg. He put me at ease on your products and it's performance. Will purchase from you in the future."
"Excellent buying experience, parts shipped very quickly and my mechanic installed the AC compressor today and told me it was perfect part. He found other problems and I will be ordering more parts from here as soon I know what ones he needs, they communicate very well also. Now I know where to get parts for my 2001 Lincoln Continental "
"I was very pleased with the service I received from Greg today. He was knowledgable and helpful with me getting my part order. I will be happy to use your company again in the future. Thanks. "

"It was a pleasurable and simple transaction. The product came as described and quickly. To top it off, it was at the best price I could find. Thank you Danny and I would be happy to do business with you again. Be well."
"GREAT jOB DAN JOB KNOWLEDGEABLE COURTEOUS AND TIMELY"
"My kind of shopping, no waiting, no lengthy "menu options have change" recordings. Real people giving quality customer service. Greg's sharp sale skills pitch to upper management earned another satisfied customer. If ever there was a simple, clear, and concise sales protocol example, Gregory at Buy Auto Parts is your go to model. He reassures customer service, product quality, and price are top priorities. Unlike some, he never mentioned that a survey would follow nor give any indication that would sway the outcome. Warrant... read more
