"I was under the impression that my original order consisted of two parts, but it was actually only one. I called customer service, and Austin helped me out. He gave me the second part at the two part discounted rate. A very easy and helpful fix, although I did have to pay the extra shipping for it."
"I spoke to a couple people on the phone for an oxygen sensor and I absolutely received great service and help. At first I spoke with Drew and he was a huge help I ordering what I needed.
