"I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received from Russell. (EVERYONE has had their share of "the customer service personnel from hell") The best part was that he let me speak my piece and LISTENED!!! Unlike other customer service reps who are already implying that it was you who messed up. He was able to help me with the issue I was having in a very timely manner.
