"Awesome customer service and super fast shipping! I purchased an a/c kit (arrived in 2 days) and scheduled to have the service done to my car but by the time the service was complete, it was past the 30 day return policy. Ended up I din't need a new compressor etc. I emailed buyoutoparts and they told me I could still return the item and not to worry about it. I am very pleased with their service and being able to help me even though they didn't need to. Thanks so much and I will definitely be back."
